Can you still get Artifact Knowledge Shadowlands?
I've personally had appearances that needed artifact knowledge drop since artifact knowledge was abolished. They're still obtainable.

No additional steps are necessary to increase your Artifact Knowledge. Each level of Artifact Knowledge reduces the requirements to level your Heart of Azeroth by ~23%. This is equal to a 30% increase in Artifact Power (similar to Legion). Artifact Knowledge can only decrease each level up to a set minimum.

You can't level them up anymore aside from item level which you get from relics that drop from legion dungeon bosses and quests. oh I see. I saw a level 20 fury warrior using it, so figured I'd abuse it too. (the fury version) He was doing like 80% of the group's dmg.
