Can you still get Artifact Knowledge Shadowlands?
I've personally had appearances that needed artifact knowledge drop since artifact knowledge was abolished. They're still obtainable.
How do you get Artifact Knowledge?
So in order to start gaining Artifact Knowledge you must be level 110, complete the quest in your Order Hall, and use your Class Hall Resources to start Work Orders to gain it. Do you still need Artifact Knowledge?
No additional steps are necessary to increase your Artifact Knowledge. Each level of Artifact Knowledge reduces the requirements to level your Heart of Azeroth by ~23%. This is equal to a 30% increase in Artifact Power (similar to Legion). Artifact Knowledge can only decrease each level up to a set minimum.
Can I still unlock artifact appearances?
Yes you can. All artifiact appearances are still available except for Mage Tower challenges. The latter ones were meant to be a solo challenge to unlock a cosmetic and would be trivialized by level 120 characters.

How do I get FEL Werebear?
Druid's Fel Werebear appearance can be obtained only during the Legion Timewalk Event. Hurry up to upgrade your guardian druid with a new silhouette and animations. Additional option: I'm in pvp gear – we will optimize your gear set before the challenge and replace some slots with better items.
