Why does everyone hate battle for Azeroth?
The hate isn't totally without warrant, but it's incredibly exaggerated. Probably some form of burnout since it's so similar to Legion tbh. Battle for Abilities cut a lot of corners. Class design, professions neglected, a lot of activities are not rewarding.
