As much as we'd like to open our doors to all those who have honorably served, we have limited space and resources. The USO must focus its mission on serving the needs of those who need us most: active-duty service members and their families.
Can DoD civilians use USO lounge?
Access is guaranteed only for active duty service members and their dependents, as per USO policy; however, others such as retirees, disabled veterans, and DoD employees may also be welcomed at some locations.
Can military get into airport lounges?
The American Airlines official site says military members and family traveling same-day on United are eligible to use these airport lounges with a boarding pass and a military ID. Military members must be in uniform to travel.
Can military spouses go to USO?
Per USO charter, we must allow all Active/Guard/Reserve military and their immediate dependents into the USO. In order to honor the service of those who have served, the donors of the Northwest have provided the resources to allow those listed above (see FAQ 1).
